Communications & Office Manager
I'm looking for someone to help manage the daily flow of email inquiries and opportunities, and put systems in place to maximise potential in the long term. You need to be tech savvy - use online tools to organise a virtual office and streamline communications. Work with partners and clients via email, compile notes and produce documents. Manage website/social media/outreach streams. Some personal assistant type tasks required - travel, scheduling, accounts etc. Looking for a positive person willing to say yes to getting on with whatever needs to be done.
This is a freelance position suited to someone who is motivated to work from home using online tools and able to attend work sessions in London 2-3 times a month.
April-June: 1 day/week. July onwards: 2 days/week. £100/day.
